1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 large egg
1/2 onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Glaze
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Steps

    Mix beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings until just combined — don't overmix.

    Shape into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket (about 8x4 inches). Place on parchment.

    Air fry at 360°F for 25 minutes.
