
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Dip each brioche slice into the custard for 15-20 seconds per side. Don't over-soak — brioche is delicate.
Brush the air fryer basket with melted butter. Arrange slices in a single layer (work in batches).
Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes. Flip, then cook 3-4 more minutes until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
Tip: Stale brioche works better than fresh — it absorbs the custard without falling apart. Leave slices out overnight or toast lightly first.
