Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Toss in cinnamon sugar while hot. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
Tip: Use day-old bread — fresh bread is too soft and falls apart. Quick dips only; soaking makes them mushy inside. Thick-cut bread like Texas toast holds up best.
